IMU Sensor Calibration. If the Phantom 4 behaves erratically during flight or hovering, an IMU sensor calibration may be needed. Use the “DJI GO” app to perform calibration. Calibration can be found under General Settings > Advanced Settings > Sensor > IMU Calibration. Follow on-screen instructions to calibrate IMU.

The up/down buttons in the app work fine and the camera moves but the dial stops controlling the gimbal If I close down the App the dial still does not work.. it only starts working again if I reboot the Phantom. Oh yeah I am using assistant 3.6 and RC 1.2. PHANTOM 3 Professional or Advanced remote controller firmware is v1.3.20 or above, you must use the DJI GO app to update the firmware. To check your current firmware version, launch the DJI GO app and tap through Camera View > System Status Bar > Overall Status. The firmware update process takes around 10 minutes. We 1) Calibrate Gyros. To ensure internal gyros are calibrated for level flying. With your quadcopter on level ground and after binding the remote to the quadcopter, drop bulk sticks to the bottom right. If you see the light on the drone blink for a moment and then go solid again, you’ll know the calibration is complete.

I just turned on my Phantom with the range extender and transmitter turned off and with camera switch on Wi-Fi; the camera light was orange for a second and them went to green.
I just sold my DJI Phantom 4 and upgraded to a brand-new DJI Phantom 4 Pro. So far, I have been sorely disappointed in the camera. The Phantom 4 images and video outshine the P4P. I have gone to all kinds of tutorials, forums, manuals, etc. and can't find any solutions to the out of focus problems I am having. The videos look OK but not quite as crisp as the P4. The images however are
My camera is not transmitting to my android phone or iPad. Says connection lost. I have replaced the WiFi module and have preformed binding to the range extender. Still the same message. When I replaced the module, I found the module in the bird had a dent in it, from a bad crash. However, the camera worked on a flight last fall after the crash.

The process is extremely simple. Really, it’s not any different from normal charging. Simply plug your battery, wait for the flashing red light to disappear and leave it charging for a few more hours than usual. That should kick it off hibernation mode. Like I said, most if not all drones use LiPo batteries.

But after turning the phantom back on the controller no longer communicates with the camera. Green light is on the RC, but it either says disconnected or weak transmission. A red light flashes on the gimbal after it is turned on. I can not get it solid green anymore. When trying to install the original firmware 1.11 that installs as well.
