The windshield wiper switch on the steering column - the rear windshield wiper turn knob part of the switch works as does the rear wiper and the front washer fluid works but the actual front wipers don't work in any setting. I figured it out. If you leave the auto wipers on you can't adjust the speed if you switch it to low or any other speed you can't adjust the (+) or (-).
