When you deleted the save folder, did you disable steam cloud first? Because if you didn't, it's just re-downloading the corrupted config file that's causing the problem. If that's the issue you're having, anyway. even with steam cloud disabled it does not start
This game is a port from PS4 in which does not utilise SLI as PS4s only have a single card so it is expected this game does not have support for it but thats no reason for it not to be added. Unless ofc due to it being originally written for PS4 that it cannot be done as of the current build for the game.
